Consultation

Consultation Fee: A consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment time. This fee is applied toward any service, package, or annual clearance fee purchased at your visit. If no service is performed, the fee covers the provider’s time and expertise.

Neurotoxin Instructions

Before Your Botox Appointment To ensure the best and safest results: • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment • Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements for 5–7 days, if medically safe (This includes aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, fish oil, vitamin E, garlic, ginkgo, and turmeric) • Arrive with a clean face (no makeup in treatment areas if possible) • If you have a history of cold sores, please notify your provider prior to treatment • Let your provider know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any neurological conditions

Microneedling Instructions

Before Your Microneedling Appointment To prepare your skin and maximize results: • Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners for 7 days prior • Discontinue retinoids, exfoliants, acids, and harsh skincare products for 3–5 days • Avoid Botox or filler in the treatment area for 2 weeks prior, unless otherwise directed • Do not schedule if you have active acne, skin infections, open wounds, or cold sores • Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup and lotions • If prone to cold sores, prophylactic antiviral medication may be recommended

Microneedling

This innovative procedure uses tiny, sterile needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating your body’s natural healing process and boosting collagen production. $35 separate fee for clearance-annually only. $45 separate charge for provider clearance for new clients only.

Lip Filler Instructions

Lip Filler Before Care Instructions To ensure the best results and reduce the risk of bruising or swelling, please follow these guidelines: • Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. • Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements for 5–7 days before treatment unless prescribed by your provider. This includes: • Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Aleve • Fish oil, Vitamin E, Turmeric, Gingko, Garlic supplements • Stay well hydrated before your appointment. • Eat a light meal prior to treatment. • If you are prone to cold sores (HSV), please notify your provider. Preventative antiviral medication may be recommended. • Avoid dental work, facial treatments, or lip waxing 2 weeks before your appointment. • Arrive with clean lips—no lipstick, lip gloss, or lip balm.

$35 separate one time annual fee for provider clearance.
